Delete your account

You can delete your Gaiah RPG account and its data whenever you want, in the game or by email. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
1.In the game
Open Gaiah RPG, tap the gear and go to Delete account, at the bottom of Settings.
Type your password to confirm. The account is deleted right away, and the game goes back to the sign in screen.
If one of your characters is in a group battle, finish the battle first. A solo battle under way ends as a retreat.
2.Without the game installed
Write to admin@gaiahrpg.com from your account's email, asking for the deletion. Do not send your password.
We check that the request came from the account's email, delete the account within 15 days and let you know by email when it is done.
3.What is deleted
The account, with its email and password.
Every character, with items, equipment, gold, skills, quests, professions and bestiary. A character in a party leaves it first, and the lead passes to the next member.
The account's Gaiah Coins, premium and skins. They are not refunded or moved to another account.
4.What we keep
The history of coin purchases on the App Store and Google Play, as a financial record and to handle refunds the stores send later.
Trades already done at the market: the other player keeps the record of what they bought or sold, without your account.
If your email is also on the site's waitlist, it only leaves the list if you ask. You can ask in the same deletion email.
