Terms of use

You need an email and a password to play. Keep your password to yourself: what happens in your account is your responsibility.

One person per account. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts.

Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs on purpose or interfere with the servers. If you find a bug, tell us at admin@gaiahrpg.com.

Respect other players. Character names that offend, impersonate someone or break the law may be changed or removed.

Selling items, gold, Gaiah Coins or accounts for real money outside the game is not allowed.

Gold and Gaiah Coins are part of the game. They give you a license to use them inside Gaiah RPG, have no value outside it and cannot be exchanged for real money.

Gaiah Coins bought in the App Store are charged and refunded by Apple, under Apple's rules. When Apple refunds a purchase, the coins of that purchase are taken back.

Premium bought with Gaiah Coins lasts for the period shown when you buy it.

Trades and market offers are between players. Check what you accept before confirming: a completed trade or market sale is not undone.

The market keeps a 2% fee from the seller of each sale.

During the closed alpha the game is unfinished. Balance, content and features may change, and progress, items, gold and coins may be reset before launch.

Purchases made through TestFlight are App Store test purchases: they are not charged, and the coins they give may be removed at any time.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If you think it was a mistake, write to admin@gaiahrpg.com.

Gaiah RPG is offered as it is. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or end features.

When these terms change, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app if the change is important.
